Beware The Fine Print
We purchased a voucher through Groupon, and what is very much glossed over is the idea that you WILL NOT be getting your preferred travel dates. In order to confirm the dates outside our preferred window with my travel companion, I needed to complete a return phone call, which I did 1 business day later and now we have to pay an extra $100 per person for the same dates we were offered in the first place. This detail was NEVER mentioned while on the phone with the booking company. Also, there are a bunch of additional "upgrades" or hidden upcharges that are sprung on you that are not included in the voucher. We were given a trip to Atlanta, but it was explained to us that in order to stay in actual Atlanta, we were going to have to pay an extra $70. The people that I spoke with on the phone were nice enough, but the policies for this company are incredibly sneaky. If there is something in the fine print, you'd better believe that is the norm, not the exception.
