This company truly stands firm on their warranty and makes it such a smooth process to utilize it. I recently needed to send my rings in to exchange/fix due to some tarnishing happening (even with proper care). Customer service was top tier and answered any questions I had. They kept me in the loop on what was taking place and let me know as soon as my new ones were shipped out. My rings are beautiful as ever, as is all their jewelry. Highly recommend!! I will most definitely be ordering more.
