Horrible company
I wouldn't be surprised if a chunk of this company's positive reviews are fake, nearly every genuine review I could find from North American customers says the same thing: this company is horrible to deal with. I can confirm that firsthand. I ordered 4 pairs of prescription glasses (2 daily, 2 sunglasses). 3 of the 4 had issues, factory defects, a misleading website try-on feature, and a pair that broke after light, gentle use within a week. Quality is on par with Temu or a dollar store, not a company you should trust with prescription eyewear you rely on daily. If the product doesn't put you off, the customer service will. Expect the same questions repeated over and over across a weeks-long thread, a clear tactic to wear you down until you give up on a refund, rather than actually help you. This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Save your money and your time, don't order from this company.
