Unwanted Subscription
They sign you up for an expensive subscription that you didn't ask for and start charging. - July 21 Edit - After requesting a refund for the subscription I didn't want or explicitly agree to pay for, I was given a partial refund, so I've increased my rating to 2 stars. This company still seems predatory but at least they pretend to care--a little. Still would never give them my business ever again.
