I am incredibly impressed with the support I received from Ava. After realising I was accidentally being billed monthly for an add-on alongside my yearly plan, Ava cleared up the confusion right away. Even though the company has a strict non-refundable policy, she went above and beyond to secure a one-time courtesy refund for me and ensured the extra plan was cancelled moving forward. She was professional, clear, and very efficient.
