I had a very disappointing experience with Cinch Home Warranty. Their customer service was unprofessional, slow to respond, and unhelpful throughout the entire process. The repair work that was performed by Murray's plumbing was poor quality, and the issue was not fixed correctly the first time. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, they failed to ensure the job was completed properly or to stand behind the service provided. I paid for a home warranty expecting peace of mind, but instead I experienced delays, frustration, and unresolved problems. I would not recommend Cinch Home Warranty to anyone looking for reliable customer service or quality repairs.
