Beautiful but want exchange
Well I am so dissipated by this website because I've got small size rings and I've requested for an exchange for bigger size only and there's no response from them and I am feeling so bad that if this company in start doing then how it will grow and fulfill customers requirements???? I won't change what I've mentioned before because I love their designs no doubts but what's the benifits if i won't able to wear what I've ordered?? Such a shame on you guys !! Today I've got my parcel and the sizes are very small according to my finger size and i want to exchange the two rings and want in increased size but I don't understand how to contact customer care for exchange so please kindly guide me as being a customer I have right to exchange them so i can wear......
