Pathetic experience with Quo
Very poor experience with Quo. I purchased a plan with US number and did 3 outgoing calls and 2 SMSs. Next day I receive an email stating that my account has been suspended by automatic review. I submit appeal mentioning that there is no unauthorised activity on my account, and if such reviews happen on regular basis there is no point having paid plan to buy US number for your business. I applied for refund too, but the support team has completely ghosted me ever since. Pathetic service!!
