Extremely bad and borderline rude CS
Extremely bad and borderline dark pattern practices. Canceled sub right away yet got charged a full YEARLY fee without any "payment due notice". Immediately contacting support only to be told that it's my problem because of their ToU. Unbelievable in 2026. NOT RECOMMENDED.
