Horrible Product and Customer Service
Do not buy from this company! Customer service is horrible! Worst experience! Dressers was purchased April 24,2026 from Amazon. Once I started building it I noticed a part didn’t match up with the other part! I immediately reach out to company via email as the manual instructed me to do. It took four days for a response! The emailed me back throughout the week getting information from me! Customer service via phone wasn’t any help either. They just said they will provide updates via email. Today is 7/21/26. Last email was on 7/7/2026 to instructed me to be patient and they will follow up shortly! Well let me just say got impatient and decided to manually create new holes on the malfunction part to allign with the part I need to attach it to. This company is over seas and have no urgency to deal with these type of problems! Never again! Always read the reviews!
