Bought Fender LT25 amplifier from Guitar Center, Denton TX January 2026. Excellent amp, loved the sound, convience, etc. Unfortunately amp quit working, apparently electronic glitch of some sort. Took it back to Guitar Center, unable to work anything out. I contacted Fender Customer Relations via email. Rapid response back from Caesar Tapia in Customer Relations, explained issues to him...he advised send info...I sent purchase info, serial Number, description of issues, etc. He responded saying that the a new replacement unit was being processed for shipping to me at home. Received yesterday and I'm very Happy. I've been a Fender Customer for over 50 years...and this is the first time a warranty issued has come up. Thank you for the Outstanding Customer Service...especially Caesar Tapia. John Gray, Sanger TX
