Very disappointed in this company
I gave one star because I wasn’t able to give a 0 star. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Fytoo for a month because the prescription in one of my glasses lens is wrong. I’ve made several attempts to get in touch with them to no avail. They just won’t get back to me. Their customer service is 1000% HORRIBLE!! The glasses are nice but the prescription is wrong. I will never purchase from them again. They WILL NOT get back in touch with you if you have a problem. Try other online companies. I’ve purchased from other companies and have been 1000% satisfied. Take your money somewhere else. AVOID FYTOO!
