Received a polyester dress instead of the advertised cotton-linen dress
I ordered a dress from a webshop hosted on the MyShoplaza platform. The product was advertised as a "Cotton-linen Dress," but the item I received was made of polyester, as shown on the garment label. I contacted the seller immediately and requested a full refund because the product was not as described. Instead of resolving the issue, the seller repeatedly offered only partial refunds (15% and later 25%) if I kept the item. They also refused to provide a prepaid return label or confirm they would cover the return shipping costs. I exchanged multiple emails with the seller over several weeks but was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. I have now initiated a chargeback through my payment provider and reported the matter to the relevant consumer authorities.
