Less than a month into my booking, the website had already charged me over 200 yuan and kept pressuring me to make payments. Furthermore, although I had initially prepaid a week's rent, the first landlord rejected my booking request; while the site's financial records indicated the prepayment had been cancelled, the funds were actually deducted from my bank account and never refunded. To make matters worse, email correspondence from the site explicitly confirmed that the system had indeed deducted $185 for that cancelled booking.
