I went to the website every table.com to order for the pick up today. I pick one location and it transferred to another location without my knowledge. I ordered for the pick up “now”, but it’s showing in the confirmation that it’s ready for the delivery two day after today. I went to the store to pick up my order anyway, the lady was nice to tell me that my order was placed at another store so I had to go to another store to pick up the order. When I went to another store, the guy canceled one of my meals and refund the money because they don’t have that in stock and they did not tell me about this at all. I looked up the confirmation in my email and it showed ready for the pick up, but they said it’s not in stock anymore. So I replaced it with another meal, and asked him to address that. The guy refused to apply 10% off as the owner order because it’s not replacement it’s already used. For the food, it’s not hot news. The guy asked me to microwave three minutes at home. They cannot do that for me here. It’s the frozen meal. So why did I choose the meal and receive the frozen meal? I think every table if they give you the wrong impression and wrong description. Every location has different service as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone who want to have the hot meal for lunch.
