Shane's office hour was informative and interactive. Helped clear many of my lingering thoughts as well. Thanks Shane.

Rumahis is the most calm
Rumahis is the most calm, compassionate person I have ever seen work with so many different computer technologies and people. He takes his time making sure each step he gives can be followed. Today I learnt things just by watching him work with someone else. Bonus he gave was how to get a 1 to 1 tech call with him since time ran out on the session. He is a true Gem!!! So grateful he is here making this simpler for non-tech people.
