Going the extra mile!
In May of this year, I ordered a Fender Pac-Man telecaster. Unfortunately, it was lost in shipment. Those things happen. When I contacted Fender, I spoke with a customer support representative identified as Shane F. The service he provided to me was absolutely “world class!” I was treated like a customer with $1 million account. Even though this model guitar was no longer in production, and due to the unfortunate circumstances, Shane was able to go back to the team that made them and have one more built especially for me to replace the lost one! In this day and age service like this is unheard of! Because of the sentimental attachment my son and I have with Pac-Man and Fender guitars, this guitar will be passed down and become a family heirloom! You have no idea how grateful I am to Shane for going the extra mile to make this happen for us! Eternally grateful, thank you Shane, George D.
