My order never showed up and they keep telling me to wait
My order never showed up and they keep telling me to wait for the mail. Same templated response every time. They offer a phone number, but I have called several times and no one answers. You can really do email only to get in touch with them, but the only responses are, keep waiting. My state takes 5-7 weeks plus another week for mailing, and it has been 11 weeks with nothing. I used the chat feature today, same responses, no sense of urgency. Horrible customer service.
