DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company.
I will not, ever, purchase from this company again. We purchased, after positive reference/advise, from the sales "professional" at Quictent (Pearl), two "carports". We were told the company guaranteed "the products quality and customer satisfaction 100%". As soon as we saw the "quality" (or lack thereof) of the materials we requested a return authorization and full refund. We were declined our request and simply told to "return the items at our own expense, and a return would be processed within 30 days". The product materials are substandard, thin and no where near any American made product standards. The items require additional support reinforcement to be even be stable. They guarantee "100% satisfaction" , not true. They will not return the items without the buyer paying for returns, even after you have informed them of the sub-standard quality of the items. After further research, even Amazon says many of their items have "significant return activity". Shame on me I guess, but please DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM QUICTENT!!!! tHE ONLY REASON WE GAVE THEM ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT OFFER ZERO STARS.
