Refund scam!
My flight for whatever reason was rescheduled, so my connected flights became disconnected, making them impossible to use. Therefore I applied for a flight change. Later an involuntary refund. After applying for an involuntary refund or a flight change, I had to wait many hours for my request to be processed. They were all unsucessful? WHY!!!? The flight change was not my fault! When I applied for a refund (voluntary) by accident, it imediatelly went through and I couldn't cancel the application. I got a refund of 0.74 EUR out of 130 EUR initialy paid amount. I should at least get back all the taxes I paid for my flight, but no... only 0.74 EUR. My thoughts - This website is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.
