Claim (C2R-352369) about a Delta
Claim (C2R-352369) about a Delta flight. Contacting Click2refund, I got in contact with David. Immediately I felt comfortable, I highly professional person took care about this issue. During the whole process I got informations about the procedure by demanding the airline. As there were two flights involved in this claim, twice David had to deal with the airline. Finally he was in both cases successful and forwarded me the compensation. I really apreciate your great job you have done ! Many thanks from Switzerland, Martin.
