A company with a good support team is a plus to its success.
Any Video Converter is one of my favorite videos softwire that I have been using it for over 10 years. The reason that strikes me to write this review was a recent incident. I ran into a technical problem with AVC and tried my luck to ask for help. It normally would take 3-5 days for most software companies, but I got a response within 24 hours. Then after the back-and-forth emails, the problem was resolved. I learned that the person's name on the other side is Eco. Thank you Eco, you made my day! The review was to be written about 2 weeks ago, but my computer was broken down. Alex Moldaw
