The service rendered by Lin
The service rendered by Lin, the Artisan Daughter is truly outstanding. There was some mix up with the the delivery company and she supported me all the way with constant updates. When it is clear that the delivery was taking too long, she offered to resend another bag to me so I do not have to keep waiting or a discount should I wanted to keep on waiting. I opt for the replacement which I received yesterday. This was clearly the delivery service fault but she took steps to render great recovery. And as for the product, it is exquisite and a work of beauty. Beautifully wrapped in a dust bag and a presentation box. My wife absolutely loved it!!
