Inexcusable service / jacket build fine
I want to be fair: the physical build and materials of the jacket itself are fine. However, my experience with their custom sizing service and customer support has been very poor, mirroring numerous other reviews on TrustPilot. I ordered a custom jacket with motorcycle armor, strictly following all measurement instructions and providing photos as requested. When it arrived, it was far too tight. Tailoring corrections were offered, but after a slow turnaround, the jacket was returned even tighter than it was the first time. It seems clear that their custom process fails to properly accommodate the thickness of protective armor. I was eager to make this work and offered to pay for a second, but communication has completely collapsed. It now takes over a month to get a single reply by email, and my case remains unresolved. My advice: do not order a custom-fit jacket from this company, and definitely do not order one intended for motorcycle armor. I notice the company regularly replies to negative Trustpilot reviews within days. It is a shame that same urgency isn't applied to customer service emails, where my regular messages have been ignored for weeks on end. I'll edit this review if addressed.
