Extremely satisfied with pre-trip customer service
I was extremely satisfied with Seven Corners' pre-trip service and communications. I did extensive research before choosing this company and they offered the best combination of price and coverage. (And, I really like the name of the company .😊) I received helpful, clear information in a timely manner. I especially appreciated their contacting me just before my trip with a checklist of reminders for all different types of tasks to pay attention to before departing, like checking travel alerts and CDC alerts, etc ... Very impressive customer service. Thankfully, not one thing went wrong during my trip, so I cannot speak to how well they respond to claims. Thanks very much, Seven Corners! Well done!
