No help, just dumb and unhelpful bots while my money is missing
I got absolutely no help while my account was gutted by a scammer due to everything being automated, only chatbots and AI here and I still haven’t received any help so I guess I’m going to be looking for another bank. Chime, this is VERY serious and you NEED to understand, when people trust you with their money, their LIVES, you DO NOT leave them to fend hopelessly for themselves while you do nothing. You need to hire more people and get better help, you need to do away with that ai chatbot slop garbage. You need to do better or else you are not deserving of anyone’s funds and I’ll ensure as many people as possible know it is literally dangerous to bank with you as I search for other options. Poor customer service? There is NO customer service! Replying to Chime here: you don’t think I’ve already tried and failed and tried and failed at that number numerous times? By giving me the same non-working, AI Bot number you’re basically telling me to go kick bricks. Unbelievable, yall are so done having access to my money anymore
