I got the Zoe Daily 30+ on a 50% off trial. The product is fine but isn’t life changing and is a lot of money for what is essentially a bag of seeds. I knew I had a subscription which I needed to cancel, but I did not receive any emails notifying me of the renewal until I got a bank charge for £133. I contacted them the next day to advise I did not want the product, the bot which responded advised me that I had a 14 day cooling off period and they would process a refund but it would need to be a human who did that bit. It took a week to speak to someone who wasn’t a robot by which point I had received the product and was then advised because the order had been fulfilled I couldn’t have my money back. I explained I was happy to return the product at my own cost as I haven’t opened it, but have been advised that for an unknown reason that is not possible. They have sent me lots of screen shots explaining how they are in the right and I am wrong, but there’s not been any kind of care for me as a customer and my overall experience with them. I was also previously a subscriber to their programme but I certainly won’t be buying anything from them again.
