Caudabe is trustable
EDIT: Caudabe got in touch with me. They took a little while to respond, but after a few email exchanges, they resolved my issue. Throughout the email exchange, they were kind, attentive, and always willing to help the customer. I haven’t received the case yet, so I can’t evaluate the product itself at this point. Nevertheless, I’m changing my rating to 4 stars. P.S: I hope Caudabe opens a store in Europe someday 🙂 Avoid buying from this company, especially if you live in Europe. They do not comply with customs fees. We pay VAT at checkout, but not the new EU fees that came into effect on July 1st. As a result, the item is not delivered—even if I am willing to pay the fees—and is returned to the sender. In other words, you either pay everything to the supplier or everything at customs. It is not possible to pay one tax to the supplier and another at customs. But worst of all, they don't reply to emails or Messenger messages. They state a 48-hour response time for emails, but they never follow through. So, I neither receive the items nor can I get a refund! Order TK03B86730637HG35E
