Wrong units were delivered
We ordered nine POE-Switch0504GD PoE switches, but only three correct units were delivered. The remaining six were a different model, POE-Switch0504GDF. These switches were urgently needed for an ongoing project, so receiving the wrong products has caused unnecessary delays and additional work. We have contacted Linovision and requested that the six correct switches be shipped immediately. A supplier should verify the product models before dispatch, especially when several similar models are available. Very disappointing experience.
