Dupped!!!!
Not happy at all and i feel like I've been scammed!!! It appears that I should have been better with my research as several other recent customers have experienced the same thing I'm experiencing. Ordered a week ago, sent tracking number, no product and tracking number doesn't work. Called the 818 phone number just to be immediately disconnected without any attept to connect with someone. My advice to you is to first call customer service direcrly to verify this is a real company before you order. If you can't get a hold of someone before you order, think about how you would get a customer service rep after you spend money. Pissed!!! Should've ordered from Subella. At least they ship their products out. I tried 🤷♂️
