Warranty Denied, Portable A/C's are defective, DO NOT BUY!
On June 15, 2026 I pulled the GARVEE Portable Air Conditioner out of storage (in it's original packaging) and when I connected to power, the A/C did not work. I contacted GARVEE on June 19, 2026 because I only then realized that I might have a warranty (I had off from work that day Juneteenth which is why I only realized then) and so I found on their website that the portable A/C has a 12-Month warranty from the date of delivery (Approximately June 25, 2025). I went to file a warranty claim and support denied my requested quoting "I was beyond 12-months" however, per the Amazon order page, my order was delivered approximately June 25, 2025 and GARVEE's warranty page explicitly states 12-Month Warranty starts from date of delivery. Even if we went off of the original purchase date of June 21, 2025, the warranty calculator states I have a day (June 20, 2026) before the 12-Month warranty is void. For whatever reason I cannot upload my evidence through the link but can provide it upon request. Support continues to deny my warranty claim citing "beyond 12-months" which is not true and I have screenshot of the June 19, 2026 when my claim was submitted. Support had provided poor effort to resolve my issue even after I have submitted video of the issue. During one of the hottest heat waves on the century I have since replaced the A/C because support was slow to my requests (often taking a week to respond). I have submitted them video as per request by them and still no solution has been made. Once again, Portable Air Conditioner was delivered approximately June 25, 2025 (per Amazon page) and I filed a warranty claim June 19, 2026. GARVEE support has denied my claim citing "beyond 12-months" but warranty calculator (and common sense that June 19, 2026 is not 365 days from June 25, 2025 or even June 21, 2025) so warranty was still active at the time of filing claim. I reached out to support multiple times to send a return label so they can repair A/C, but they denied.
