pure scam
That printer service under Treatstock is a total rip-off. You print something exactly as it's supposed to be, but then a customer dislikes the results because they wanted a different orientation without saying anything or orienting the file that way. They get a full refund, and you're stuck printing for free. After asking politely why I'm the one who needs to deal with that, the original answer from support was: "Hello, customer disliked result before shipping. Cheaper do refund." It's just an unprofessional rip-off. Not to mention that it can take months to pay you out.
