Terrible customer service
The motor on the bike popped and stopped working only after a few rides. Contacted customer service manr times, took over a week each time for a reply. Took the bike to a local bike shop and they couldn't fix it. They emailed Jasion bikes customer service and never got a reply. It has been over 9 months since I first emailed them and the bike is still inoperable. They keep telling me to be patient. I am done-9 months and counting is way too long without a solution. We are trashing this useless bike. Stay away from Jasion bike, don't buy one!!
