Cian is a great technician!
Cian was very responsive and provided a resolution to our issues. He is very knowledgeable, professional and had a patient attitude working with us. He provided us with a good understanding of our issues and explained how we can troubleshoot an issue in the future. He continued to provide a summary of service and followed up afterwards. He's a great representative of Boss Laser!
