Clever did a great job of checking in occasionally to be sure everything was going well. We were initially skeptical about getting the same level of support as a traditional realtor at the discounted rate, but those concerns were unfounded. Our realtor (Michael Tomlin) went above and beyond providing great service and even assuming a lot of risk as the market softened in our area. His perseverance got our home sold. Clever saved us thousands of dollars and still offered us top service. We wouldn't hesitate to use the service again if needed.
