SCAM - continued to charge after cancellation
I was a member for 4 years before cancelling my subscription. I have cancellation proof and have discovered they continued to charge my account the following year. I got a copy paste ai bot reply on my email requesting a refund - they refused. This is an unethical company running a scam operation. Block them from charging you through the bank. I would appreciate if a human responds to correct this error.
