I placed an order through Futario’s…
I paid Futario in full for an order they confirmed. Two months later, they claimed the item was "out of stock" while still advertising and selling the same product on their site. I explicitly refused a refund and demanded they fulfill the order. They ignored me, then blocked my Instagram account after I kept following up. They eventually refunded the money anyway, without my consent and without ever shipping the item. This is not the first time they've done this.
