Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I've bought from SEAGM around six times, but this was the last time I'll ever use them. I received a voucher that simply doesn't work. Every time I try to redeem it, it says "Invalid code." I contacted live chat, and they told me to open a support ticket. After waiting over a day, their response was that the code shows as active on their system, so according to them there was no problem. I kept explaining that I was copying and pasting the code exactly as provided, yet it still says "Invalid code." Instead of actually investigating or replacing the voucher, they just told me to contact the company where I was trying to redeem it. I paid SEAGM for a working voucher, not for them to pass the responsibility onto someone else. Their customer support was completely unhelpful and refused to solve the issue. Very disappointing service. After being a repeat customer, this is how they treat you when something goes wrong. I won't be buying from SEAGM again, and I definitely can't recommend them.
