I booked an AirAsia Thailand flight through Farera. I requested a refund on 12 June 2026 after a schedule change. Farera requested additional documents, which I provided on 11 July 2026. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received my refund or a clear completion date. My experience has been disappointing due to the delay and lack of communication. Never buy ticket from a 3rd party platform. Lesson learnt - thank you
