Beware: Entry, Gov Assist and IVS are all the same company and play a shell game with their reviews.
I went to renew my passport on IVS ("powered by govassist" which appears to be the parent company of Entry). Turns out they take your money and then don't talk to you for weeks and then when you ask where everything is are silent. It's very strange that you can't leave a review for govassist which OWNS entry (and "powers IVS". Entry in their privacy terms say "This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by GovAssist, LLC" So not only did they take my money and do nothing, they are hiding how to actually leave reviews on their shell companies. Beware dealing with them.
