A company that REALLY values the customers
I had always admired my friend NOBULL shoes. They were fashionable and durable. For my birthday I received a gift card. The purchasing of the shoes was easy and seamless. The delivery was quick and I was very happy with the products once they arrived. I got so many compliments on the shoes. Because of the environment I workout in… (Palm Springs) running in the desert area and throbs and things. They began to rip. I contacted their warranty dept. and the claim process was so quick. I got a response within an hour to move forward and get a solid replacement. I can’t say enough good things about this company. And everything they stand for. The customer is absolutely number one in their eyes - and as a result it makes me very proud to rep their brand and spread the word about the company. So grateful to have found a company that ACTUALLY cares about the customer.
