July 2026 ~ USA to Singapore to Thailand to Japan to Taiwan to USA ~Horrible experience with this company. Customer service never took accountability via the WhatsApp chat upon chat upon chat upon chat. Then, they activated one of my eSIMs without my authorization which ate up the data I needed to return back to the USA for family emergency contact. ~Horrible experience.~
