I ordered a fun back to school shirt…
I ordered a fun back to school shirt and didn’t realize my previous address was on the shipment. I immediately reached out and received a quick prompt response from Wesley. I really appreciate him, digging into the shipment deeper, and realizing that the package was indeed delivered, just to my old address. Thankfully, they had a picture that they showed me to confirm it. The customer service was so friendly. Wesley fixed the situation by kindly offering to send me a new shirt without charging me for it. And even went above and beyond and sent me 20% off coupon for my future purchase. I’m so grateful and excited to receive my Toy Story shirt. I know my students are going to think it’s so much fun.
