This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM !!!!!! My husband attempted to make a reservation through this site. The female ( not a lady, maybe even AI ) on the other end attached outrageous unnecessary additional costs without explanation after quoting a reasonable price for a Hampton Inn room. After my husband questioned her, she COMPLETELY IGNORED his request to cancel the charge/ reservation. She very IMPOLITELY and AGRESSIVELY IGNORED MY 70 year old husband and SPOKE OVER HIM, COMPLETELY IGNORING HIS REPEATED REQUEST TO CANCEL. This is off-shore, foreign paid workers making Pennies on the dollar with NO RESPECT TO AMERICANS AND OUR WAY OF LIFE FOR HONESTY, UPRIGHT, RESPONSIBLE, BILL-PAYING CITIZENS! This is DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONEST TO USE PEOPLE AND ABUSE PEOPLE THIS WAY! SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR UNETHICAL PRACTICES.
