I would like to say, Garvee did a fantastic job on communication. They also did very good in advertising their products. Once I decided what I wanted, the Oder process was quick and easy. The issue I had was in no way Garvee’s fault. I ordered a grill without going over all the specifications. I ordered the grill without the plug. In returning the grill, I had to pay for the return shipping costs. That was pricey but I didn’t expect Garvee to foot the bill. Especially since it was my own fault. And they refunded my money (minus shipping) within a matter of a few hours once the grill was returned to them.
