Exceptional service and follow-through from Monique
I had an outstanding experience working with Monique in customer support at Collars & Co. From start to finish, her customer service was exceptional. She was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to my situation. What stood out most was her follow-through: she clearly explained a workable solution, told me exactly what she would do, and then did precisely that without any need for reminders. She kept me informed at every step and delivered on her word promptly. It's rare to find support this reliable and personable. Monique turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a completely positive one, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. Thank you Monique!
