I would strongly recommend avoiding OkuraCookware based on my experience. They added an extra pan to my order without my consent, and when I contacted customer service, they didn't respond for over a week. They also refused to resolve the issue with the unauthorized item. To make matters worse, I received a notification that my order had been delivered today, but nothing was delivered to my house. The return process has also been extremely difficult.
