Very disappointing
Very disappointing experience with Homary. The coffee table advertised on their website had a matte wood-patterned finish, but what I received was plain, shiny black and looked substantially different from the photos. Instead of acknowledging that their photos were misleading, their initial response treated the issue as though I had simply changed my mind, after I had already waited two months for the table to be delivered. The worst part has been the customer service. Despite their advertised return policy and my repeated requests to return the item, they have failed to arrange collection or provide a clear timeframe. I just keep receiving generic “someone will contact you” responses while a huge, heavy packaged table sits in the middle of my living room. After giving them multiple opportunities to resolve this, I have now had to lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. I would be very cautious about purchasing from Homary based on my experience.
