Great product
The recent experience that promoted this review is my mixed feelings about Honiture. I have a model S13 purchased in August 2023, couldn't have been happier with it: quiet, powerful, light weight, easy to work with, reliable, until it accidentally fell and the battery was cracked. I went to the official website and couldn't find a replacement battery under the s13 model accessories , so I asked the almighty Google if S13 pro battery is interchangeable. Google AI said yes, so I ordered a S13 pro replacement battery, only to find out just by looking at the size and the back from the transparent package bag when I got it I knew it is not working for my S13 without even opening the package. So I checked the official website for return and refund policy. It says new and unopened /unused are qualified for full refund, minus shipping. I emailed customer service asking for exchange for a s13 replacement battery or a return, only to find out that s13 model and battery were no longer in production. I was very disappointed, however, Danny customer service staff offered a partial refund plus me keeping the battery because the international shipping was expensive. I have no use for the battery but I can live with a partial refund considering shipping fee. Overall experience with the product: 5 star, price is great for its performance Customer service response through email is quick (within one day) I am disappointed that the model I have is no longer supported within 3 years of purchase, don't know about other models
