I ordered a pair of glasses from them
I ordered a pair of glasses from them. After waiting for a little over a month, I had to contact them myself because I hadn’t received any updates. It turned out they had recalled the package due to an increase in customs duties, and they wanted me to pay the additional cost even though I had already paid the full amount and received an invoice for it. Since then, we’ve exchanged several emails in which they keep trying to negotiate instead of simply refunding me the full amount. I’ve read their refund policy, but I never even received the product. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Disgusting.
